Starter:
We all sin. Paul had sinned many times in his life. He even persecuted Christians. But though he had sinned often, he didn’t let those sins hold him back. He knew God had forgiven him. He was able to look forward to better things in his life. God will forgive you of your mistakes too. You can have the same positive attitude Paul had and press on!
Weekly Memory Verse:
“Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 3:13-14

Song: Why Did My Savior Come to Earth?
Why did my Savior come to earth,
And to the humble go?
Why did He choose a lowly birth?
Why did He choose a lowly birth?
Because He loved me so!”
Chorus
He loved me so;
He loved me so;
He gave His precious life for me,
He gave His precious life for me,
Because He loved me so.
Why did He drink the bitter cup
Of sorrow, pain, and woe?
Why on the cross be lifted up?
Why on the cross be lifted up?
Because He loved me so!
Chorus
Till Jesus comes I’ll sing His praise,
And then to glory go,
And reign with Him through endless days,
And reign with Him through endless days,
Because He loved me so!
Chorus
