His name is Jesus. And I know Him and He knows me. He’s my Lord, my Savior, and my Redeemer. He’s my life, my joy, and my all in all. He died for my sins and rose to give me new life. He’s coming back someday to take me home.
And I ask you, “Do you know Him?”

Revisiting an Old Concept
Posted 1321 days ago byAs we studied with the children the other night about Uzzah and David’s ox cart one of them asked, “What does authority mean?” It occurred to me that we often use words in our teaching that are not properly understood by all. With this in mind we decided to revisit this old but important concept.
Job’s friend Eliphaz said in Job 5:8-10 that he thinks of the “great” and “unsearchable” and “marvelous” works of God he thinks of rain. Rain? Is that what he said? Is it really all the incredible that God makes it rain? Is that what you think when you see rain? Do you think of how great and unsearchable and marvelous God’s works are when all it does is rain?
